Do-It-Yourself Outline for Analysis and Training Plan

FINRA requires all broker/dealers to perform a Continuing Education needs analysis and to create a training plan. This analysis and plan must be updated each year.
 
The CE Package includes an outline that gives you the step-by-step process to perform your needs analysis. During the needs analysis you will gather data from your internal documentation, as well as the surveys/forms that are included in the CE Package. The steps in the outline will help you identify your covered persons, selected product lines, and special situations. The outline will prompt you to analyze the data and explore alternatives to implementing your Firm Element CE Plan. Once the initial legwork is done from the needs analysis, then you write the plan by summarizing the analysis and putting it into the format provided.
